Mold Damage at Agoura Home

Mold damage at this Agoura home had overrun the entire residence. This property was a rental unit, and the tenant vacated the premises without communicating with the owner. When the owner showed up to find the tenant, he instead discovered black mold in every room of the house. We were called to provide mold removal and treatment. This structure needed to be gutted and rebuilt. We helped the owner prepare the mold damage insurance claim and began the process of restoring portions of the structure while replacing major segments of the house. Attention was given to odor and air quality. Both were carefully monitored during the entire project. The owner wished this had never happened, but he was thankful that we were able to get his property back in shape to rent as rapidly as we did.
