Injection is especially useful in neutralizing pet odors as well as water-borne odors.
 
For larger contaminated areas, we use Direct Spraying. SERVPRO specialists spray anti-fungal and anti-microbial agents using hand pumps and powered sprayers on large stains and where there are large puddles or other amounts of water. Since this soaks the property with a large amount of product, we prefer using it on items that do not show any discoloration.
 
To eliminate odors without using a large amount of water, we use Wet Fogging. Our teams use an ultra-low volume fog machine to generate tiny deodorant particles that penetrate most surfaces to bind with and neutralize odor particles. This method is especially effective in attacking odors in nooks and crannies and wall voids.
 
If there is still a concern about oversaturation, we have the option of Dry Fogging. This method forces a deodorizing agent through a heating coil to generate a particle cloud that can penetrate even further into a surface. We usually use this method on smoke odors, but it is very useful when a water-borne odor resists all other methods to neutralize it.
